Yura is a seasoned professional with years of experience dealing with the public and shaping a leader's and company's image. She has worked as an award-winning marketing professional in both corporate environments and boutique advertising agencies where she has developed innovative ways of tapping into the inner resources of her clients providing results both tangible and intangible. As the marketing resource for an international drilling contractor, she was able to provide invaluable skills to a non-traditional marketing department whose needs were both domestic and global.

Her background in international corporate environments has allowed Yura to expand her business solutions beyond marketing to assisting C-level executives, management, entrepreneurs, business owners and high level decision makers in creating rewarding situations for themselves, their employees and their organizations.

Yura is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of San Francisco State University, Golden Key Honor Society inductee, Board Advisor for local children's fitness program and Principal at Clary Global Consulting. Her extensive travels have taken her to 5 of the 7 continents and countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Italy, Egypt and Australia; with past residences in the UK, France, Southeast Asia, Northeastern US, Southeastern US, Midwest and California.

Kevin, through his vast experience in financial markets and investments has become an integral part of economic development in emerging regions such as Southeastern Europe, while sourcing funding both in the United States and overseas. With an eye for detail and intrinsic knowledge of investment theory, Kevin has been able to lend expertise to organizations such as Banc of America Investments, AIG, Chase Manhattan and TD Waterhouse. In addition, Kevin has managed internal training programs for 3 Fortune 500 companies, instituting policies, procedures, and program rebuilds for use by sales forces in excess of 6,000 sales reps.

A stock broker early in his career, Kevin was present in the trenches during the massive explosion of online trading seeing the implementation of new processes, protocols and NASD / FINRA requirements. With an impeccable record for program management, he was responsible for the build out of Flagship operations for TD Waterhouse on Montgomery Street, San Francisco, California (the Wall Street of the West) and the Asia Pacific Service Center catering to native Asian speakers. From there he was recruited into the Investment Bank side of the US banking community and delivered on-time, revenue generating instruction to financial advisors.

Kevin is now a principal at Clary Global Consulting providing international financial consulting and project management to clients around the world. His intimate knowledge of transparent financial institutions and government regulation is highly sought after by those engaged in business in emerging economies with regard to setting up policies and procedures commensurate with US foreign policy and practices.

A graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Finance and International Business; and Texas A&M George Bush School for Public Policy, Kevin has a thirst for international business and is conversant in German.
