FII Leadership in Management Program
This program is part of the Executive Coaching Program offered at Clary Global Consulting. It is a proprietary leadership program on top-down strategies of leadership. Because we view the upper management of an organization as its driving force within an organization we have learned that those leaders need a more streamlined approach to decision making and problem solving. This program will not be found in any bookstore nor will it be referred to in any management training course. It was created through our coaching experience based on what leaders need, not what they aspire to be. It is a realistic and simple methodology that can bring about a clearer mindset for decision-makers. By taking the guesswork out of the decision making process, and allowing individuals to actually embrace the solutions process, leaders learn to build better teams and organizations. The principles are valid in both the business world and in an individual's everyday life. Simple and succinct, when these strategies are applied genuine solutions are arrived at, not just strategic short term solutions.
OBM (Organic Business Model)
The OBM is still in development. This program will expand on the FII Program and elaborate on how to build and lead organizations from integrity to long term growth and success. As long as the organization is staffed with human beings and not machines, it is a living, breathing entity with the ability to achieve great things; but, continually exposed to illness, decay and disease. External forces such as the global economy, financial markets, expansion and contraction of markets, outsourcing, new legislation and a host of other factors will continually impact the health of an organization. The OBM is being developed as a resource for upper management to assess and create strong organizations with a built-in ability to stave off detrimental external factors in order to continually grow and strengthen through the years.
